Trustlane Automotive is seeking an Experienced Auto Service Writer who understands how a busy automotive repair shop operates. If you’re currently working in the Gilroy area and open to a strong earning opportunity in a structured, high-car-count shop, we’d like to connect.

Please note: This position is based in Salinas, CA. Applicants from Gilroy, Morgan Hill, and nearby communities should be comfortable commuting.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive customers and accurately document vehicle concerns
• Build repair orders and present technician findings
• Help customers prioritize maintenance and repairs
• Maintain communication throughout the repair process
• Coordinate daily workflow with technicians and management
• Support a fast-paced, team-driven environment

Our systems are organized — advisors focus on communication and sales, not chaos.

Earnings & Structure

Base salary plus uncapped commission
Expected annual income: $60,000 – $120,000+
Top performers earn $5,000 – $10,000 monthly

Qualifications

• Automotive shop experience required (advisor or similar role)
• Fluent in English and Spanish
