Trustlane Automotive is hiring a Bilingual Automotive Service Advisor to support our growing customer base. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced advisor commuting from the Santa Cruz area who understands shop workflow, repair order management, and customer communication in a high-volume environment.

Important: All work is performed at our shop in Salinas, CA. Candidates from Santa Cruz, Capitola, Scotts Valley, and surrounding communities are encouraged to apply if comfortable commuting.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Greeting customers and documenting vehicle concerns
• Reviewing technician inspections and preparing repair recommendations
• Presenting estimates clearly and confidently
• Managing active repair orders throughout the day
• Coordinating with technicians to maintain efficient workflow
• Ensuring timely communication and strong customer experience

You’ll be supported by experienced technicians and structured internal systems — you won’t be left chasing information.

Compensation

Base pay + performance-based commission
Typical annual earnings: $60,000 – $120,000+
Many advisors earn $5,000 – $10,000 per month

Consistent car count = consistent earning opportunity.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer
• Bilingual English/Spanish (required)
• Comfortable managing multiple customers at once
• Organized and dependable
• Professional communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset
