Trustlane Automotive, a locally owned and operated shop with a 4.8 Google rating and over 900 reviews, is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our high-performing team in Salinas, CA. This is a fast-paced, busy location with an incredible support structure—our skilled technicians allow you to shine and deliver top-notch service to our customers.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base pay + uncapped commission
• Annual earnings typically range from $60,000 – $120,000+, depending on experience and performance
• Many current advisors earn $5,000 – $10,000/month

Key Responsibilities
• Greet and communicate with customers in a professional, friendly manner
• Document customer vehicle issues clearly and accurately
• Generate repair orders and communicate recommendations from technicians
• Manage workflow efficiently in a busy, high-paced environment
• Work closely with technicians and leadership to ensure quality and timely service
• Upsell recommended services when appropriate and maximize customer satisfaction

Qualifications
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Service Writer in a busy automotive shop or dealership
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
• Team-oriented and professional demeanor
• Strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
